Wow, I adore this gorgeous floral printed antique fabric! This wonderful French textile dates to approximately 1870 and is a beautiful, sturdy medium weight cotton and has a wonderful soft red ground with the printed floral design in shades of pink and white... the flowers are so beautiful! This textile would be beautiful to deconstruct for so many wonderful small sewing projects, or would also be gorgeous to use for framing or perfect for design inspiration!

MEASUREMENTS: This textile measures approximately 9 inches wide by 130 inches long

CONDITION: I have left this beautiful textile in as found, unwashed condition, but it can be hand washed or machine washed on gentle and hung to dry. It's all handsewn and was hemmed on one end with the most gorgeous hand stitching! There are three seams running the width of this piece as it was seamed together from four separate pieces of fabric - the ends have the selvage intact and the long sides are hemmed with lovely hand stitching! There are a couple of very tiny pinholes in this piece, and a couple of small marks, but otherwise, it's in gorgeous condition!
