On special occasions, Addy is sure to choose this beautiful dress. Handmade by Momma with love, it features a full skirt with ribbon trim and puffed sleeves. For the finishing touch, Momma decorates Addy's hat with fabric flowers and a piece of ribbon she saved from Mrs. Ford's dress shop.

Dress: Purple short sleeved dress. Dress print of light purple circles with darker purple popular highlights. Short gathered sleeves. Square neckline. Front bodice yoke and waistband. Purple grosgrain ribbon on bottom edge skirt; simple bottom hem. Velcros up the back. American Girl tag.

Hat: Black felt-molded hat. Trimmed with purple grosgrain ribbon at brim and around hat band. Three gathered purple roses with leaves for trim at front left. Two purple grosgrain ribbons attached to inner of hat to tie hat on. American Girl sticker.

Be very careful if you remove the sticker on the hat band. Placing it on the hat band was poor planning on the part of American Girl. I tried removing it on another set that I had and it did leave sticker residue on the grosgrain ribbon.
