As it is custom made this means i do not accept returns on this listing.

This hat can take up to 4 days for the glue to set but not always so email me if you have concerns about timescale

Measurements

Small Hat - approximately 16-19cm wide and 6-8cm high NOT including feathers.


Satin samples can be sent free - just email me with your name and address

You can add a third set of feathers at a cost of £10.. just email me

Shipping
I currently use royal mail which will require a signature and is not a guaranteed service. It can take 3-5 days to deliver. Ebay ESTIMATE a date for delivery which does not take into account manufacture times, weekends, if you buy a hat after we close for the day, bank holidays etc.
If you wish to receive your hat faster, I can upgrade to Royal Mail Next Day delivery at an additional cost and can be chosen at the checkout. This does not speed up our manufacture times.
I use Royal Mail International Signed when shipping overseas.

The Small Print

Please do not buy a hat to try it on with the intention of returning.. every time a client returns i make a loss of £20. We are a small business and cannot sustain that amount of loss for long

If an item does not arrive in time for your occasion, I am not responsible unless i failed to send out on time.

If your item does not match your colour scheme, I cannot refund/exchange as I do offer samples and this is a tailor made item.

The settings on your device screen do affect colours so please this in mind when ordering. This is why I offer samples.

If an item arrives faulty, I will replace as soon as I receive the original item back within 7 days of your receipt and with the tags still attached. The item must be returned by recorded delivery. I can only exchange for an item of the same style and colour, price range. If I am at fault in any way, I will always pay you back the cost of sending to me.

I cannot make your hat quicker and I cannot be held responsible for when you decide to order a hat in preparation for an occasion.
