This is a 1:48 scale townhouse that I made from a kit. All of the lighting and furnishings were hand made from items I had around the house. The roof and front piece can be removed as can the basement/walkway. It sits on a cardboard box which houses the battery packs. The outside is done in a textured paint/stucco finish. This is handmade, so it's not perfect but I enjoyed putting it together, for popular display only, not for play!.
