Whimsical Annora Spence popular Framed Print “Dog in a Wheelbarrow”

Annora Spence Whimsical Framed Print C:1996 “Dog in a Wheelbarrow”.
A wonderful and fun wall hanging from a very creative Artist.
There are a couple small spots on the white part of popular the framed paper where it looks as though small pieces of brown paper were stuck behind the glass at framing but does not interfere or take away from the picture itself.
Print is vibrant and in good shape. Frame is in expected condition for use and age with small marks here and there.
Back paper is fragile and has tearing.
