Carved Turquoise snuff bottle popular

I believe this is a carved turquoise resin snuff bottle. I suspect that this was mold poured to get the bottle shape. Then the design was carved in to get the dragon, phoenix and other objects. The top has a little frog carved on it. With the detail and depth of some carving I believe it to be hand carved. The bottle is in good shape with it only being dirty and some scratching consistent with age. I popular think this was probably done around the republic period. Some time around 1910 to the late 1930's .
