Hardware shows minimal signs of use with minor hairline scratches at zipper pulls. Interior is clean both at front pocket and main compartment. No stains, rips, or pen marks. Note that in first photo, straps have been crisscrossed in order to photograph on model. Great style and durability. Compact and perfect for traveling. I ended up using my larger Tumi backpack more frequently. This one has been kept stored in my closet. Style appears to have been discontinued by Tumi.
