These "Tughras" evolved from a number of years spent in the Middle East. They are inspired from the beautiful Ottoman Empire monograms.
My "Tughra work" expresses sometimes whimsical and often a melancholia sometimes in the same drawing. They are portraits, landscape, sometimes interior sometimes exterior all in one... and always moving. The essence of what is a "signature."
