This *almost* zips up on me as an athletic medium but a 32D bust - my arms and shoulders are very athletic and usually don't fit vintage pieces but do fit this, its the bust that keeps me from zipping this up Flat measurements are approximate bust 18 inches waist at skirt seam 13 1/2 inches length down center of back 37 inches.
