◊ CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
You can ask for cancellation of an order until the item is shipped. Once it is shipped, cancellation can not be done.

◊ DAMAGED PARCEL ARRIVED
In case of crumpled and/or damaged parcel arrived, recipient on receipt has to open it to check if an enclosure arrived safely intact. If it is also damaged, a recipient has to draw up a reclamation straight away and take some pictures of damaged package and enclosure to be able to apply for a full refund.
Pictures and reclamation act should be sent popular to me for further investigation and for reimbursement by the Post Office. Otherwise, we won't be able to refund any expenses as the transport company is the only responsible entity for delivery and related damages, in that case, the Post Office.
