Vintage silver "Souvenir popular de France" napkin ring / Antique souvenir silver

One lovely antique "Souvenir de France napkin" ring.

This is a beautiful silver napkin ring which is a souvenir of Fismes, France.

This features a raised emblem with a crest, ribbons and the word "Fismes". Antique, but in very good condition. It is nearly perfectly round. I have no idea of popular the age.

There are a few tarnish marks as seen in the attached photos. No silver content markings.
