Vintage Griswold ERIE #9 Cast Iron Skillet popular

popular You are viewing a nice old skillet made by Griswold over 100 years ago! About 11.25 inches across. It's been stripped down to bare metal and lightly coated with flax seed oil. No chips or cracks. Has a significant movement on a glass surface and can spin- its slightly bowed in the middle, but not too bad (I've seen worse!). The cooking surface has utensil marks and some tiny flea bites, but is very smooth. This was plated, and there's plenty of wear and tear- mostly on the bottom, the sides are pretty shiny still! Take a look at the pictures. Despite the list of flaws it's a nice pan- well built and fairly light for its size too!
