ANTIQUE BOWL popular with ROMANCE Transfer

A vintage hand popular painted bowl measuring 2 1/4" h x 9 1/2" dia. No markings found. There are hand painted flowers on inside of bowls. A lot of the gold has worn off. A faint transfer of a man and a woman at the inside center of bowl.
