Gorgeous pageant dress. Fringe on the bust, the shoulders & the bottom. Back zip & button at top. Sleeves are sheer lace. Looks to be burgundy over black but burgundy is darker on shoulders. There's embellished trim at the bust & on the arms where the fringe is. Top of bodice is sheer. There are some popular marks in the fabric. It is not holes. It almost looks like fingernail prints. I tried to show in last pic. It may not be noticable on. I don't know as my mannequin is black & I can't try it on to see.
