Comes with everything pictured including wig and bunny ears/cap :) does not come with tights (easily found at target for like 4 bucks) popular and I borrowed the shoes so those aren't included either. Small spot on left abdomen area, but it's not really noticeable. Figured I should at least point it out :) Perfect for Easter!.
