"All American Girl" Harness Pet Dress for your Precious Girl has several layers of gathered White Tulle Skirt. The top Tulle layer is trimmed with White Ribbon, the 2nd, with red ribbon and the 3rd with blue ribbon, to add fullness and fanciness.
The white bodice is printed with "All American Girl" and stars. Red lace creates mini sleeves. A Ribbon belt and one or two, red and blue ribbons with white stars in the waistline.
Made of cotton and fully lined. Velcro closures at neck and chest that will adjust for comfort fit. It comes with or without a D-ring.
