Here is a beautiful, vintage dress shirt from "Oriali" of Florence, Italy. It is tagged a size 16.5" (EU 42), but please use the measurements provided to ensure a proper fit.

Hand-made in Italy of 100% broadcloth cotton, it features a white background with a multi-striped pattern throughout of blue and white.

It further features a spread collar, 7 button front, deep rounded hems, a front left chest pocket, rear shoulder pleats, and mother-of-pearl buttons throughout.
