Four Imperial Porcelain Wedgwood 8.5" octagonal, tea/salad plates. Peacock and pheasant design with green band and gold edging.
Backstamp is: A Crown, under which is, Wedgwood and Co. Ltd. England in Green with brown C882, Also indented in the plate are the words, Wedgwood and Co Ltd Tunstall. popular Dated around 1891 to 1908.
These are rare finds and collectible antique Wedgwood porcelain china. Lovely cabinet china.
Some signs of ware and dull patches on the green band the gold rim is worn but the pheasants are so vibrant in color. Please check pictures wear on back of plates. Appears to have been in plate hangers at one time and one plate has a chip on the back.
Great find as quite rare.
