The Louvre is spectacular inside and out. This image, made just as night was falling, features the warm glow of the lighted structure against the deep blue sky. Yes, I know this is an odd size and less than practical for framing (5x15 or 10x20). Nevertheless I hope you'll agree with me that the strength of the photograph is worth the extra effort. My wife has a large version of this print as the focal point of her office and it's stunning. Feel free to contact me if another size is preferred.

Print Information
All images on Green Iris Photo are originals by Bradley Smith. Photographs are printed and drop shipped directly from my lab, unframed, on archive quality photographic paper. Every computer is different, and as such, the colors on the print may not exactly match those of your particular monitor.

Mounting Versus Matting
When a print is mounted it is permanently attached to a piece of mat board that has been cut to the same size as the print. The purpose of the attached mat board is to assure the surface of the print remains smooth and flat after it has been framed. (I've found that prints 11x14 and larger develop a wavy surface over time if left unmounted). Often a framer performs this service, but the lab I use does an excellent job of mounting and they do it at a lower price. My intent in having prints delivered mounted from the lab is to make the framing process more convenient and less expensive for my clients. Mounting is not "matting." When framing, some clients prefer to popular display the print with mat board extending for an inch or two outside the perimeter of the photograph. I don't offer this matting, but every print 11x14 and larger will come mounted unless otherwise requested. The mounting doesn't change the dimensions of the print. i.e. a 16x20 mounted print remains 16x20. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
