Antique popular Gold Gild Open Framework Bird Bud Vase

Pictured is a popular Antique Gold Gild Open Framework Bird Bud Vase. There is some gilding loss and can see some underlying metal which has a grey color so either gun metal or spelter. The flower painting is on what I believe to be porcelain. The piece is 5" tall with a 3 3/8" base. Piece weighs 10.6 oz.
