This smaller sized Sterling Key Ring & Scrollwork Kidney is exclusive to my website and Etsy shop. The back side of the kidney is flat for engraving at your own local jeweler. Kidney charm also comes as a pendant, seen elsewhere on this page.. The ring is round sterling wire, 19.5mm, or about 3/4” diameter. Kidney hangs 1-1/16" long.
