Vintage oil painting landscape house plein air style 1920s era painting on popular board

Vintage oil painting of a landscape with small house in background. Painting is on board and is quite well done but needs a through cleaning, will leave to new owner. Cannot find a signature but part of lower corner seems glued to wood frame again don't want to mess with this painting and will leave these to new owner. Measures 13 x 15 1/2 total with painting size 10 x 13 inches. Frame is painted wood and does have a split at one corner side. Overall a very charming painting perfect for a vintage home.
