This male Blue morpho butterfly (Morpho didius) is ex-pupae specimen from Peru. This specimen was purchased through a distributor who deals with butterfly farms and breeder through out the world. You will receive the exact specimen in the picture. They are prepared by insect enthusiasts with over 70 years combined experience in preserving insects. All parts of the frame were installed by us, with exception of the assembly of the molding, which was done by Bridget Hanley's Studios. Frame comes ready to hang with saw-tooth hanger.
