A china dessert plate with a turn-of-the-century advertisement for Joseph Perrier Champagne is the center of this one-of-a-kind wreath, surrounded with a large ivory rose, deep red and gold blossoms, accented with beads and pearls and a seed bead garland, backed by a ruffle of black eyelet lace. A joyful sprite rises from a bunch of grapes, toasting with the bubbly!
