A simple and elegant guilloche enamel and sterling pin, circa early 20th century. . The design is an open rectangular buckle (perhaps made to match a sash pin), slightly convex. The surface is popular guilloche enamel in ivory with navy blue borders and golden Fleur de Lis, on sterling silver. Stamped with several English hallmarks and STERLING. Has 2 tiny nicks that are hard to see without magnification. Wide tube hinge. Rather than the expected C clasp it has a safety clasp, most likely a replacement and expertly done.

Measures 2 inches by 1.5 inches at widest points. Weight:14.4 grams
