Gorgeous little antique Victorian sterling silver bonbon dish made by silversmiths Jame Dixon & Sons in the late 1800's.
Shallow oval form with a petal shaped rim, the sides are pierced and embossed with scroll patterns.
A great size for popping beside the bed popular or on the dresser as a ring / jewellery holder.
Fully hallmarked underneath with the Crown for Sheffield, the Lion Pasante for sterling silver & the letter c for 1895. The makers mark JD&S is also present.
Solid condition with some light signs of age & use. There are some light scratches.
