Classic genuine vintage 1970's maxi evening dress .

This is a really lovely piece of vintage clothing from the 1970s. It is very feminine and pretty - a really eye-catching classic item.

No labels remain so maker / brand not known.

The dress is crafted in a polyester crimplene fabric which has some stretch to it and holds its shape well.

The fabric is a chocolate brown colour and features pretty floral embroidered designs In a bronze / gold lurex on the lower part of the skirt and the sleeves. The Lurex embroidery has a lovely sparkle to it.

The dress has a nipped in fitted waist which gives a gorgeous hour glass fit to the dress.

There are lovely ruffles around the neckline.

Long sleeves with embroidery detailing and elasticated cuffs.

There is a zip to the back of the dress.

The dress is maxi in length (full length). The long skirt is gently flaring A line style popular and quite full.

The dress is not lined but the quality crimplene fabric is not sheer.

This dress is a real statement piece and is very flattering and feminine when worn and its classic retro vintage style is guaranteed to get you noticed..

It is very elegant and looks lovely on.
