Presented is an antique sterling silver sardine or small serving fork made by Gorham during the late 1800s or early 1900s. This piece is in the Lancaster aka Lancaster Rose pattern, which was patented in 1897. The top of the handle has raised rose decorations and a beaded edge. This piece has never been monogrammed.
The back is marked for Gorham and sterling silver purity.
This piece is in great overall condition for its age and the designs are crisp. There is some minor surface wear to the piece.
