Has one place on inside of book that has a pen mark in front part of book popular . Also the page is starting to separate see pics. Rubbed off area on front of book and toward bottom see pic. Could have bends or folds at corners of top of pages or marks through book that I didn't see. overall book is clean when looked through it. Sold as is. Comes from a smoke free home.
