THE SATIN TRIM IS A MESS AND IS COMING OFF. IT EITHER NEEDS TO BE REMOVED, RE-SEWN OR REPLACED.
I personally washed this piece in cold water, line dried, lightly ironed.
All wool holds and attracts lint. I do my best to eliminate as much lint and pilling as possible when preparing blankets for sale.
