This is a gorgeous women's watch made by Minsk Watch Factory. This watch is in fully working order, mechanical movement. Lovey sky blue dial. 17 jewels mechanical movement!

“Luch” (“Ray”) watches have been producing in Minsk, Belarus. The first collection of “Luch” was launched in 1956. The factory makes both men's and women's watches and is still in business today.
