The Perfect solution for quick access to the charcoal, water pan, pinwheel damper, second grate etc. featuring a tight seal with FireBlack® gaskets. This door also GREATLY improves efficiency & burn time. It reduces temp spikes and fluctuation, and also keeps the WSM running at much lower max temps, then a WSM that uses the factory door. This Mod along with the FireDial™ for WSM, resulted in a 20 hour cook on one load, and held rock steady at 250F with no need for a electronic controller. (We had to regroup and push the coals inwards at the 14 hour mark, that was all).
