Antique Victorian silk popular velvet purse handbag with ornate metal hardware, collectible

This purse has very soft black silk velvet and silk tassels hanging from the bottom. It is meant to be round when full. The metal hardware is in excellent condition. The velvet bag has had some sewing repairs and is a bit loose on the sides as shown. The interior pink satin and the exterior velvet fabric is in wonderful condition. The bottom of the bag shows the worn velvet. There are no holes.

Measurements: 8 in long, 9 in wide with 4 inch fringe on the bottom.
