Vintage 1980s Striped Dress with Shoulder Pads and popular Back Buttons

I love all the details of this dress! The back buttons, the large front pleats, the gathered sleeved of the arms... everything! there are shoulder popular pads of course! It's in excellent condition. No material tags but feels like a cotton blend.
