The reputation of the Sarreguemines pottery no longer needs to be established. In two centuries, the small family business that came into being during the Revolution has gone a long way. The numerous lovers of these cheerful and colorful pieces can be found all over the world.

In this 3 plate set, two plates are titled "Comment on Se Marie" or "How we get married". The other plate is titled "En Voyage" or "Traveling". All three have delightful cartoon scenes that are finely detailed of two different couples getting married, and another on a train traveling. Such a beautiful and historic set of display popular plates that would make such an adorable wedding gift! They all have beautiful indigo floral and swirled borders and the perfect amount of antique character.
