Product code: Antique Japanese Kutani popular Porcelain Hand Painted Teapot
Made in the late 19th-early 20th century and from the Kutani Village popular in Japan, is this gorgeous hand painted teapot. Known for their fine porcelain decoration, the Kutani have given this piece a beautiful floral motif against its smooth ivory porcelain. Makers mark on bottom reads "Nine Valley" in Japanese.
For its time, this piece is in remarkable condition. Some crazing and discoloration. But no chips, cracks or repairs.
