I paint these one-of-a-kind pieces by hand and mount them in secondhand frames. The painting is done in reverse on the backside of the glass. The transparent negative space allows the painting to cast dynamic shadows on the wall, creating a shadowbox effect that brings the painting to life as if it were a pinned specimen. Additionally, the painting is protected in front by the glass making this display piece easy to dust.
This frame is plastic with a metallic gold finish. The entire popular piece including the frame measures 9.5x11.5”

Be mindful that the paint is exposed from the back! Although this paint is meant for glass and cures to an enamel finish for as much durability as possible, I recommend you limit cleaning to the front when possible. If necessary, dust the back of the glass with a dry soft cloth. Avoid water-based solutions coming in contact with the paint itself.
The frames are purchased secondhand and may have minor imperfections from previous use, but they are hand-picked to add beauty to the piece without compromising quality.
