All of my pieces are made with extra attention to detail and quality in order to provide you with 100% satisfaction. To prepare each ceramic piece, I personally pick out what projects I would like to produce. They are in "green wear" state and taken to my shop. The first step is to clean each piece by removing all seems, rough edges, cracks or imperfections. This is done using various different tools, sanding devices and sponges. The project is then placed in one of my kilns for 8 hours of high heat firing. After cooling for several hours; and when it is able to be handled again, it is then ready to paint. No priming coat is necessary. Acrylic paints work great for this as there are hundreds of colors to choose from. Picking colors is the most exciting part of any piece I paint. I paint the project using shading and color blending to add detail and individual personality to each piece. Once painted and sure to have the exact right look in the eyes, the right smile, and the right personality shines through it is sealed with a polyurethane finish. This entire process makes it weather resistant, water repellant and ready to go to your home to provide you endless delight for many, many years to come.

Projects that are to be used for food prep are painted with various types of glazes and fired to an even higher temperature. Making them suitable for food prep, dishwasher and microwaves as well as indoor and outdoor uses.

All of my pieces are handmade popular and individually unique. Each item is listed for sale individually; as no two items are the same. If you would like to place an order for two or more of the same item, to look alike, just message me to let me know, it will be no problem. Turnaround time should be about 7-14 days depending on my other orders and the size of the project. We can discuss the turnaround time when you place the order.

Postage amount is estimated based on probable size, shape and weight of box and packing materials. If you have overpaid for the actual amount a refund will be provided. I take all efforts to pack each item with love and care to assure it comes to you safely, while keeping in mind the cost of shipping. If item should get damaged during shipping a full refund or replacement will be provided in a time frame that is cohesive to the inventory, availability, and time it takes to complete the piece. This will be provided only upon receipt of the damaged item returned from you to me. If you have any questions there will be open communication as warranted.
