You are viewing a beautiful vintage Mikasa crystal bowl, in the Damocles pattern. This pattern popular was introduced in 1994, and has since been retired.
The crystal is thick and heavy, weighing a substantial 5.36 lbs. It is extremely clear and has an interesting saw tooth rim and cut, with vertical lines starting out wide and gradually getting thinner as they meet at a point. The facets pick up the light beautifully.
The bowl measures 13" long and 7 1/2" at it's widest part, and 4 1/4" tall.
The bowl is in very good condition except for flaking on one saw tooth which is hardly visible - the price reflects the damage.
