MATS JONASSON -

Mats Jonasson was born in 1945, and he is the third generation of Master glass Craftsmen. He has developed new techniques for sandblasting glass and new ideas for designs with glass. He has been singular in capturing wildlife proportions into handmade crystal, and his feeling for shape, his accuracy of style and his detail is totally individual and has gained him recognition and reputation with collectors throughout the world.

USA Gifting timeline: We are located in Portland OR and USPS normally arrives in 3 to 5 days, while FedEx ground is normally 5 to 7 days to the East Coast. We try to ship within 2 business days.

International: It is listed as 6 to 10 days, but we have found it to be normally longer 15 or so days. Also, we will refund shipping overages. Please note: we are unable to ship international as a gift.

*Packages over $25.00 are sent with signature required.
We can ship to a "Hold" Location (FedEx, UPS, USPS) for pickup, if you are not normally available for door delivery.

All packages are shipped with full insurance. If a claim is made, the refund will be made upon completion of the claim by the insurance company. This can take two to four weeks.

If we agree (rare once shipped), to a return and cancelation of a purchase, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping except in a case of agreed “not as described”.

*We are not responsible for the return shipping of packages, in regards to packages not picked up or with packages that arrangements for pickup or delivery have not been made after notices are left. FedEx for example, will only make three attempts before returning the package to us. USPS will only retain the package for a max of 15 days. We do not give refunds for items returned to us, in this manner, and the buyer is responsible for the return and reshipping to buyer.

*Large items (furniture etc. ) are normally shipped by Greyhound and can take 15+ days to arrive Station to Station. In most areas Greyhound has a "To Door" delivery option for an average of a 75.00 surcharge. Please contact us for a personalize quote. Also, please include your contact number when purchasing, (for delivery contact only) .

We will combine shipping when safe.

International shipping quotes are an estimate only and based on USPS International Priority. We will refund shipping overages. Some item, if less than 4 lbs box can ship International 1st class. We will give you the option. Please inquire for a personalize quote. Also, Please be aware that so far, shipping to Canada has been about double the USA mainland shipping cost.

Local pickup is available on all treasures.

On treasures popular over 100.00 we offer a Lay-A-Way option. (Very popular here at our brick & mortar) Terms are 1/3 down and two equal payments of 1/3 for months two and three.
To be paid in full by the end of the third month. Items not paid for in full will revert back to shop ownership with a shop credit issued.
