Not just for my purchase, but the entire purchasing experience and level of high-quality customer service I received from I sent in photos for inspiration of the commissioned piece I wanted, and they delivered a rug that was even better quality than the inspiration photos. The quality is so beautiful, has a heavy weight to it, and came packaged very nicely. Took about 2 weeks total and so I was thoroughly impressed by the quick turnaround even despite the commission piece request and international shipping. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family and will be ordering more rugs in the future.

The rug is beautiful and thick, and seems really high quality. It feels wonderful to sit on, and came with a hand written note with care instructions. The only two cons- it took more than a month between ordering and shipping, and then the shipping is fairly slow. I don't blame them for this- they were up front about time to make it, and it's shipping from northern India to the US, so that's going to take a while. But if you're eager to have a rug, it's quite a wait. the other con is that it smells a tiny bit- honestly, we think it smells like sheep. It's been a month and it's largely not noticeable anymore, but it was noticeable in the beginning.
