Vintage, 1950's, party dress. Black velvet top, side metal zipper. Really full skirt, almost circle but not popular quite. Thin black and silver stripe fabric. This would look awesome on the dance floor. Belt loops, no belt. Tagged size 16. Shown on my mannequin 34 1/2”/26”/36”. It was a little big on her.
In excellent vintage condition, A few pin holes under one arm.
