Vintage 1940s RCA Victor Tube Radio Model 15X Bakelite AM Police Channel Powers on and tubes in the popular back glow. When powered on it makes a loud humming noise. I don't have an antenna to put on it to see if it picks up any stations. Cord has a melted/smashed spot on it. See pictures for more details. Cabinet is in great shape. All knobs work as they should. The channel display plastic is good an clear. Serial number B 24253.
