Vintage Carved Wood Horsehead Bookends - popular Buena Vista Colo.

A nice rustic pair of horsehead bookends. They appear to be hand carved and have Buena Vista Colo etched in on the bottom below one horsehead. There are no other markings so it appears they were probably made in Buena Vista for a gift shop or dude ranch. They stand almost 6" tall, 5.5" wide, and almost 3" across. They are a cool pair of vintage souvenir art that are useful. One popular area on one bookend seems a little bit lighter on the top edge, but might be "orange oiled" out.
