It is solely the responsibility of the owner to check the sign periodically and spray it with additional lacquer as needed to keep it in new condition. Outdoor lacquer or Spar Varnish, the same kind used on boats, is available at local stores and can be easily applied to keep our signs like new condition for years to come. make sure when recoating you coat both sides and edges to fully seal it like we have when it was shipped to you. Hanging it under a covered area Greatly improves the life of the sign. Any direct exposure to the elements will need additional protection more frequently.
