popular Antique copy of James Fennimore Cooper's The Pioneers, or Sources of the Susquehanna, published by Grosset & Dunlap Publishers. There is no publication date, but it is inscribed on the inside cover "From your Aunt Nina to Victor on his 15th birthday, Feb. 17, 1924." This hardcover copy measures 7.5" x 5.5" x 1.25" and is nearly 450 pages. The cover is still vibrantly colored with no sun fading, but does have some discoloration, especially to the front cover. Binding i intact and pages are still in good, readable condition. A wonderful copy of a well known novel, great for display in your library or office.
