Sweet Farmhouse Antique Biscuit Tin, Little Girl w Teddy popular Bear, c 1930s Vintage Tin Box, Children Playing

Adorable vintage British biscuit tin with pale farmhouse colors. Features a portrait of a little girl and her teddy bear on the lid, she is “Marjorie.” The base is decorated with scenes of children playing, flying kites and fishing. I believe popular this tin dates to around 1930. From Jacob. Lid is hinged. About 9 1/8” x 6” by 1.75” tall.

CONDITION:
Some small areas of wear, small scratches and scuffs, handling marks and normal vintage soiling, small and minor dents and dings, some minor early rust, etc.
•Pale color palette, or tin has faded a bit. Some uneven fading on base.
•Lid can pop in/out, but returns to proper position with ease.
•Little mark under her eye, but possibly part of artwork (her hair).
•Some stains on base and lid lip, likely label, glue, sealing strip residue.
•Early stage patina inside, some minor rust, mainly at crevice.
•A bit more patina on bottom, some tiny rust spots, and SOME DENTING ON BOTTOM, MAINLY AT CORNERS.
•Hinge well attached, moves freely, slight kink at times.
•Opens/closes fine.

No longer for food use. Any props not included.
