Suberb collection of 36 rare UNUSED VINTAGE Fairy Tale POSTCARDS illustrated by Flora White & printed by J popular Salmon Ltd

These beautiful vintage postcards were printed by J Salmon Ltd., Sevenoaks, England who were, until 2017, the oldest postcard and calendar producer in Britain having been established in 1880. These Fairy Tale cards come in their timeworn paper wrapper and comprise of 5 different traditional fairy tale designs - each from illustrations by the renowned Flora White (1878-1953).

The cards are all unused and in great condition overall with just a few having a little marking at the upper left corner and a few with bent corners at the bottom left (see pictures). They are truly lovely and this collection of 36 represents excellent value and enables the buyer to keep and use some and perhaps sell some on (unused examples typically sell for £3 to £8 each according to my research).

Five designs are included in quantities as follows:

8 x Cinderella
7 x Babes In The Wood
7 x Jack And The Beanstalk
7 x Red Riding Hood
7 x Tom Thumb

I believe these gorgeous cards date to the late 1930s-mid 1940s and each measures 5½" x 3½" popular.
