Vintage Turkish popular Mashallah brooch, 950 sterling silver brooch by NU-NU ca 1930-1940s, God Bless religious pin

A wonderful old silver brooch ca 1930-1940s, marked on the back ´NU-NU 950´ (a higher grade than sterling). A beautiful piece from Turkey, decorated in the Etruscan style, set with 6 little turquoise cabochons. The moon under the star has been engraved in popular Arabic calligraphy script that reads ¨Mashallah¨ (God Bless). This piece is in excellent condition with age related tarnishing to the silver. All 6 stones are there. The pin with some slight bending, it closes with a simple C clasp.
