From what I understand, this piece was made by Indiana Glass as part of the "Recollection" line in the 1970s. The design was made from molds based on Federal Glass's "Madrid" pattern. "Madrid" was originally depression glass and then rereleased in 1976 until Federal went under and Indiana acquired the molds and continued the line.
